Jukkai (literal translation ‘ten times’) is a commemorative publication of the Powell Street Festival Society’s annual Spatial Poetics event. This special issue of West Coast Line features artwork, essays, stories, poems, collages, and process notes bringing together ten years of collaborations by over 30 artists.
