Vankoji Foods produces homemade Koji products. Owner Tonami van den Driesen lives in Burnaby with her family and loves to cook. She started making kome koji a few years ago when making homemade miso paste. The re-discovery of Shio-Koji in Japan and its wonderful addition to the cooking pot has inspired Tonami to introduce this and other products to the Vancouver area. 自家製の麹食品。
