Canada’s 1st craft sakemaker, established in 2009, and the only sakemaker in Canada with 100% local organic rice. They believe in and practice sustainable, local, and natural production. Their sustainability is due to using sake kasu for consumable items, leaving no waste. They make their our sake with their own rice from Abbotsford, using local ingredients. They use no chemical substances in their natural products.
